CC – The Smugglers
Résumé
Une fois les machines infernales de WOTAN vaincues, le Docteur repart seul dans son TARDIS, laissant Dodo rejoindre sa famille. Par curiosité, Polly et Ben suivent le Docteur à l’intérieur. Le Docteur ne s’aperçoit de leur présence qu’après avoir activé le vaisseau, les emmenant tous trois sur la côte anglaise du 17ème siècle. Dans leurs explorations, ils s’arrêtent à une chapelle et font la rencontre de Longfoot, un homme mystérieux et très méfiant. L’homme les accueille dans l’édifice et fait part au Docteur de plusieurs mots à retenir si jamais il devait se rencontrer à nouveau. L’accès au TARDIS étant bloqué par la marée haute, nos trois voyageurs font route vers une auberge. Sans le savoir, le Docteur, Ben et Polly sont tombés au milieu d’une chasse au trésor.
